This exclusive space was conceived as a sanctuary for refined leisure and artistic living, combining the timeless charm of classical Italian architecture with the precision of custom-made interiors. The project features a harmonious blend of contemporary-classical design, where elegance and craftsmanship define every detail.

The leisure suite includes a billiard room, a ping-pong hall, and a sophisticated entertainment and lounge area tailored for both guests and residents. These interiors are unified by a consistent aesthetic: European walnut engineered parquet flooring, warm tones, and bespoke Italian walnut wall paneling, fully designed and crafted by Chiodelli Arte.

Integrated Design with Hidden Elegance
Doors and walls blend seamlessly through integrated paneling, offering a cohesive and discreet visual experience. This sophisticated detail speaks to Chiodelli Arte’s commitment to precision joinery and artisanal excellence.

Adjacent to the main interiors lies a professional basketball court, built to regulation standards—a nod to the client’s passion for sports and exclusive hospitality.

Select wall surfaces are upholstered in fine fabrics from a historic Venetian manufacturer, enhancing both acoustics and the overall luxurious atmosphere. A discreet yet fully equipped kitchen area supports private gatherings and high-end hospitality, ensuring the space functions beautifully as a social hub.

Bespoke Art Curation and Full-Service Design
As part of its turnkey approach, Chiodelli Arte also guided the client in the curation of artworks that now enrich the interiors, amplifying the sense of identity and aesthetic depth.
